Shipping Policy

We ship within the United States. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing and delivery

Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout for each item before you pay. Some items ship directly from overseas fulfilment partners, so delivery windows vary by product. Please use the estimate shown at checkout as your guide.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for tracking to begin updating.

Delays

Occasionally carriers or customs cause delays outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window shown at checkout, email us and we will chase it up.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we will always try to help.
